saw them live last month in lawrence, kansas. for the first five minutes, I was horribly uncomfortable… but once we saw how much fun these guys were having, and how funny the whole idea is, we loved it. they’re doing an incredible job marketing themselves: the shows are free (librarys and bookstores), but they make a killing on tshirts and cds.
