I’d actually seen a TV special on the guy—it’s quite sad.

I saw the TV special too… it was on Game Show Network. They showed the episode in its entirety, along with his story, how he got on the show, and what he did after the show, etc. Absolutely fascinating… the patterns were so simple, I can’t believe no one thought of it sooner.

Terrific game show too… it’s too bad Game Show Network’s revamped version of it is so lame.
